Terms of Service
Demo Factory is a beta product that turns a business website URL into a live AI voice receptionist demo. These are the rules for using it, written in plain language. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. This is beta software
Demo Factory is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Things may break, change, or be rebuilt while we are in beta. We work hard to keep it stable, but you should not run anything mission-critical on it yet, and we are not liable for downtime or data loss during the beta.
2. Bring your own ElevenLabs key
Demo agents run on ElevenLabs using your own ElevenLabs API key (bring your own key). That means:
- You are responsible for your own ElevenLabs usage and the costs it generates.
- Your ElevenLabs account, its plan limits, and its billing relationship stay between you and ElevenLabs.
- If your key is out of quota or revoked, your agents stop working until you fix it.
3. Acceptable use
Keep it clean. Specifically:
- No illegal use. Do not use Demo Factory for anything that breaks the law where you or your callers are.
- No unsolicited outbound robocall campaigns. The product builds inbound demo agents that people choose to call. It is not a tool for blasting outbound calls at people who did not ask for them.
- No misleading impersonation. Demo pages are built from a business's public website so a prospect can hear what an agent would sound like for their business. Every demo page carries a disclaimer that it is not affiliated with the business. Do not remove, hide, or work around that, and do not present a demo as if it were the business's real phone line.
4. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms. If it is a misunderstanding, email us and we will sort it out.
5. Pricing
Demo Factory is in beta. Pricing may change after the beta, and we will give you notice before any change affects what you pay.
6. Your data
How we collect, use, and delete data is covered in the Privacy Policy. Short version: we collect only what the product needs, we do not sell personal data, and you can request deletion at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.
