Privacy Policy
Demo Factory is a beta product that turns a business website URL into a live AI voice receptionist demo. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect while you use it, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you get it deleted.
What we collect
We only collect what the product needs to work:
- Account data. Your name and email address, used to create and secure your account.
- Beta waitlist signups. Your email, agency name, and stage (starting or scaling). We also see the IP address of the request, which is used only for rate limiting the signup form.
- Demo page content. Demo pages are generated from publicly available content on the business website you point the pipeline at. We do not pull anything from behind a login.
- Call audio and transcripts. When someone talks to a demo agent, the call audio and transcript are processed by ElevenLabs, the voice AI platform the agents run on.
- Leads captured by demo agents. If a caller leaves their name, phone number, or a message with a demo agent, we store it so the agency user who owns that demo can see it.
Cookies
One cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. That is it. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no fingerprinting.
Who processes data for us
We use a small set of subprocessors to run the service:

| Stripe | Payments. Only used once billing is enabled. |
| Resend | Transactional email. Only used once email sending is enabled. |
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. Not yours, not your clients', not the callers' who talk to demo agents. There are no ad networks involved anywhere in the product.
How long we keep things
- Demos: demo pages expire and are deleted after 30 days by default.
- Accounts: kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and the data tied to it at any time by emailing johan@apilon.ai.
Your choices
If you want a copy of the data we hold about you, want something corrected, or want your account and data deleted, email johan@apilon.ai and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
Demo Factory is in beta and this policy will evolve with the product. If we make a meaningful change to what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page.
